Probably best I didn't see this. If I walked out and saw this in the distance I probably would have absolutely bugged out. This isn't something you see everyday, never mind ever. Had no idea this was supposed to happen. Being that I'm only like 4 blocks from the Lincoln and 6 from the White House, I'm shocked I didn't see this or hear it. Well, here are the pictures.
